SELECT Members have access to a dedicated health and safety advice support centre, provided by the Building Safety Group (BSG). Members can call the dedicated phone line for advice and guidance on all health and safety matters. Members can also
register for the BSG Hub for a further range of health and safety support.

Employment Advice Helpline

Our Employment Affairs team delivers sensible, business focused solutions on a wide range of employment issues. The team has extensive experience in advising on contracts of employment, discipline, grievance, equality, discrimination, recruitment, dismissal and redundancy issues.

Specialist construction lawyers MacRoberts provide advice and assistance on areas of Scots law relating to your business. This includes specialist legal advice in the fields of commercial contracts, construction, health & safety, employment and personal injury.
20 minutes of advice is provided free of charge. More complex queries that require further time can be dealt with for a fee agreed between the Member and MacRoberts.
