Overview of the role:
We are looking to recruit an experienced approved electrician to join our team.
The electrical division compliments a small but busy construction and civil engineering company in Lochaber.
The range of works covers both domestic and commercial projects, and we would welcome someone who was enthusiastic in furthering their knowledge within renewable energy technologies.
Roles and responsibilities
- Wide range of projects for domestic, commercial and industrial clients
- Ensure all electrical work is safe, certified and complies with relevant regulations
- Collection of materials and components from suppliers if required
- Completing all testing, installation and inspection paperwork.
- Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations certification
- Responsible for carrying out domestic and commercial EICRs and EIC
- Installation and commissioning of EV charge points
Qualifications and experience
- Ability to read electrical drawings, panel drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Good Working knowledge of Safety, Health Environment and Quality Procedures.
- Experience in testing, calibration, installation, repair and inspection of all flow, monitoring and analytical instruments
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
- Full clean UK Driving License
