Site Supervisory Course (215)

This two-day course (held online via Zoom) is a stand-alone practical course that introduces the key non-technical skills required of site supervisors.  The main focus of this course is the development of people management skills.

This course will help supervisors/managers become more confident and effective in their role.

The course meets one of the requirements set out by the SJIB for those electricians interested in becoming graded as a Technical Electrician.
