President's Walk
We regret to inform you that the President’s Walk that was due to be held in Hamilton this Saturday, 4 June, has unfortunately been cancelled for 2022 and will no longer be taking place.
This annual event sees Members, staff and office bearers putting their best foot forward in the Scottish countryside to raise funds for the Electrical Industries Charity.
Families and well-behaved dogs are always welcome to join us for the jaunt, which is led by our President and held in different locations in Scotland every year.
Previous events include a five-mile trek along the Green Bridge Trail at Chatelherault Park in Hamilton, which saw more than 20 staff stepping out for a good cause in 2019. The event was dedicated to Jim McArthur, SELECT Past President and former Chairman of the Lanarkshire branch, who passed away in 2018.
